Cook brown rice 2. Cut tops off peppers (keep tops and chop them up for the stuffing) and lay peppers on parchment pepper and sprinkle inside of peppers with salt & peppers 3. Cut up all other vegetables 4. Put oil in a pot, put in diced onions and garlic 5. Put in garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, italiano seasoning and stir 6. Put in lean ground turkey and let it cook 7. Toss in cut up pepper tops, black beans, cooked brown rice 8. Put in half a can of tomato sauce (add salt and pepper and other seasonings if flavour is bland) 9. Place stuffing in peppers and then sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 190C for 10 minutes 10. Chicken Alfredo Pasta -5 chicken breasts -340g of whole wheat pasta -broccoli/red & yellow peppers -Alfredo sauce -salt -thyme/parsley/oregano -extra virgin olive oil or canola oil ➢Season chicken breasts with salt, thyme, parsley, oregano and bake in oven for 20-30minutes on 375F ➢Wash vegetables and cut them up into slives ➢Toss in a pan with oil and cook on medium heat with lid on ➢Bring pot of water to a boil and cook pasta ➢Drain the pasta and portion all food into containers and use two spoons of Alfredo sauce 1. Bake salmon for 40mins at 375 degrees 2. Stirfry mushrooms with soy sauce, sugar, and green onions 3. Throw in broccoli/caulfilower to the mixture 4. Throw in spinach last 5. Cook brown rice 6.
