So here is just a demonstration of some hanging leg raises and muscle ups. I usually do this at the ends of my workouts for maximum effect for about 3 - 4 rotations. You can do any where of 4-10 leg raises and 3-6 muscle ups.

Here is an example of what to do for bench press. Many people have their elbows in to tight or out too far. You want to have them at about a 45 degree angle and either touch your chest or slightly above. Do not arch your back. I see far too often people arching their back looking like it is about to break!
