Method to help people improve their eyesight, often quickly. Created for our Community GuestPage.
(Do this without eyeglasses; no glasses, no contacts, no sunglasses.)
A easy and quick practice to obtain and retain clear eyesight at all distances, close and far for life. Cures myopia, presbyopia, farsight, astigmatism and other eye-vision conditions.
Part eye exercise, mainly The Bates Method.
Is a old but still in use Behavioral Optometry practice, with additional practices.
Most eye doctors, eyesight teachers tell you to just look close and far, as a rapid forceful back and forth drill. This might bring a little improvement but not much and it is not permanent.
The practice in this video incorporates the Bates Method (by Ophthalmologist William H. Bates) into the exercise making it relaxed, easy, natural as a exercise can be, using shifting 'a main Natural Eyesight Improvement function' and other natural practices.
When you look at the close object; shift on it; move your attention from one small part to another small part, then another... Do the same on the far object. Move back to the close. Repeat.
This is done only for 5-15 minutes 1-2 times a day. Skip some days. When the eyesight becomes clear people often do not need to do this. Only as a tune up 1-3 days a year to keep the eyesight better than 20/20, perfect.
The rest of the time; shifting and the other Correct, Relaxed, Natural Vision Habits shown in our books, website are applied all the time, all day long 'as easy, effortless habits'. Example; if a clock on the church 5 blocks away is blurry; shift on it, blink. Shift on the numbers, hands, trace if you like. Shift on the church, then back to the clock. Avoid squinting, tension, staring, immobility. Trying hard to see lowers the eyesight. Relaxation, movement brings clear eyesight.
The close pen can be placed at a variety of distances. 4 inches out to 1, 2, 3 feet, 10, 15. Does not have to be close all the time. Get a little close practice in to also keep close, reading vision clear.
I like to use street signs, telephone poles standing at 1-10 feet from the closest and looking to the far which can extend for miles, then the horizon after the last pole.

See the website and GuestPage for more training;
I've been way overloaded with work on books, movie, website.. for years so, I repeated myself in a few places in the video but did not cut it out because it ended up containing some additional training. Sometimes to repeat is good; makes us remember.
Thanks to Mr. Spagetti on our GuestPage for getting me active on this 3 year old project. I'm always learning from students and other teachers. Thank you to every one of ya.
