Below, you may find plenty of information regarding Ronaldo's workout, diet plans and gym exercises that you can replicate to get the same body as CR7. Cristiano Ronaldo, commonly known as CR7, is one of the most skillful soccer players of the modern era. The 32-year-old Portuguese superstar has immense love for fitness, which combined with his crazy work ethic has produced his incredibly athletic physique. Even though his body is leaner than a typical fitness model or bodybuilder, it is still worthy to be amazed at or aspire to. Besides long and intense team practices and footwork training, Cristiano focuses on improving his strength, stamina, speed, and functional movements. Even if you have an efficient workout routine, it will not work well unless you blend it with a proper diet plan. The Real Madrid forward is aware of this fact and he pays attention to the kind of food he takes. Here we share the principles of his diet: Meal frequency: The daily food intake is divided into 6 smaller meals separated by a period of 2-4 hours. This helps to control his body’s metabolism A diet with sufficient quantity of protein: His diet comprises plenty of lean meat as high protein intake is necessary for muscle repair Supplements for recovery: Protein shakes, joint supplements, multi-vitamins Enough vegetables: Since vegetables have lots of minerals and vitamins, they are needed for recovery Sugary foods are avoided: Foods and drinks with high sugar content cause accumulation of fat and slows down metabolism Breakfast: Whole-wheat or whole-grain cereal, egg whites, fruit juice Lunch: Whole-wheat pasta, green vegetables, baked potato, chicken with salad Snack: Tuna roll with fruit juice/lemon juice Dinner: Rice with pulses, chicken or turkey breasts, beans, and fruits Cristiano Ronaldo Workout Pictures Cristiano Ronaldo Workout Pictures Cristiano is a professional athlete who is guided by expert dieticians and fitness coaches. His daily workout schedule is as follows: Daily practice for 3-4 hours assuring a low fat level (less than 10 percent) Cardio exercises including several running sessions, each lasting for 25-30 minutes Short-period exercises such as high intensity sprinting drills Technical drills for improving ball control and skills Tactical exercises to relate or communicate better with the teammates Training in the gym for development of specific muscles, as also for increasing total body strength Cristiano Ronaldo Body Measurements Height: 1.86 m (6’1”) Weight: 183 lbs (83 kg) Chest: 43” Waist: 33” Thighs: 24” Biceps: 13” Ronaldo’s training philosophy is to work out 3-4 hours a day on 5 days of a week. The Foam Roller can be used to melt the muscles and to create a mini Pilates reformer workout! Grab your roller- I am using one that is long enough to fit my torso on it. Sunday 2014-06-15 I was in an serious accident with another trikebiker. The other biker was on my side of the road and smashed into my bike. In the accident I got my lower leg ripped off and my knee was smashed and I had to amputate my knee. One of my cervical vertebra, the third one, was smashed but it healed well after a few weeks. On the way to the hospital I lost all of my blood and was dead for a few minutes. My blood pressure was 65/0 and I had to get a blood transfusion. This is a step by step video showing my progress from being very sick to getting better. Big thanks to Mikael Kappe who pretty much saved me.

Train like an athlete...workout like Bruce Lee here! http://athleanx.com/x/train-like-bruce-lee Perhaps nobody symbolizes the word athlete more than Bruce Lee. With his legendary workout routines and feats of strength, Bruce Lee has become an inspirational workout icon and someone we all can learn how to workout from. In this video, I'm going to cover the 5 main principles of Bruce Lee's workout and diet routine as well as show you some of his favorite exercises. The first principle of Bruce Lee workouts was using muscle tension to your advantage. With total body tension, Lee was able to create more core and abs stability which allowed him to be more powerful from head to toe. Perhaps his most amazing display of this was his fingertip pushups (shown in this video). Next, the iso tension principle was one he incorporated after completing a set of an exercise. For example, following his finger tip pushups, Bruce Lee would attempt to contract all of the muscles involved in that exercise in order to extend the time under tension and develop mind muscle control. The ideal time to use this is for 10 seconds after completing a set, and it's exactly where he included this in his weightlifting routine. Third, Lee believed that you should never attempt to lift a weight that you couldn't actually lift with your own muscles. Momentum is not the fastest way to building more ripped muscle. He proved this with his barbell curl and launch exercise where he was able to show off his strength and control in his workout routine. Next, we can't talk about a Bruce Lee workout without mentioning his ab workout. Known for his dragon flag exercise, Bruce Lee used this demanding core exercise to carve out ripped six pack abs. If you want your own set of Bruce Lee six pack abs though, you're going to have to start training your core more often...daily. I'll show you how to build up to the dragon flag even if you aren't able to hold one right now. Finally, no Bruce Lee workout video is complete without addressing what he felt was one of the most important workout principles...recovery. He believed that you grew away from the gym and not in it. With attention to a good diet, proper sleep, protein supplementation and rest days...Bruce Lee was able to accelerate his muscle growth and stay ripped year round. Going to work the next morning after a long shift the night before may be gruelling for most but not for the FC Barcelona players. After their epic 6-1 win over PSG on Wednesday night, the players were back on the training field on Thursday with smiles beaming across their faces. Three goals in the last seven minutes sealed an historic progression to the Champions League quarter-finals in the most incredible way imaginable. Thursday's session saw all available first team players take part which served as a light recovery workout following the enduring game the night before. This morning saw the first training session of the week for FC Barcelona. It was a recovery session for all the available first team players following Sunday night’s Clásico, and they were joined by two Barça B players; Carles Aleñá and Jokin Ezkieta. The session was all about achieving optimum fitness for the Spanish Super Cup second leg at the Bernabéu on Wednesday (11pm CET).
